Cartodata provides a "contribution" bridge between Wikidata and OpenStreetMap. It is developed as part of the "Extension of photo targets" project of Wiki Loves Monuments France (you can read more about it in French here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikim%C3%A9dia_France/Groupes_de_travail/Groupes_th%C3%A9matiques/Wiki_Loves_Monuments/Extension_des_cibles_photographiques). It is still under development, but aims at providing a semi-automated workflow to add Wikidata items to OpenStreetMap nodes, ways and relations.
